We currently have an open position for a Senior Frontend Developer (Flutter + Web)
Skills:
— 4+ years of frontend development experience, preferably in a product company; — Strong hands-on expertise with Flutter/Dart: state management (Riverpod or similar), routing, networking, and code generation; or solid experience with another modern frontend/mobile stack combined with a strong willingness and ability to quickly learn and work with Flutter/Dart; — Experience working in a product company with a focus on developing, launching, and continuously improving user-facing products; — Experience shipping and maintaining production mobile apps on both iOS and Android, including release/build processes; — Solid web development experience (Next.js, TypeScript); — Experience integrating analytics and attribution tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer or similar); — Comfortable integrating payment flows on web and mobile; — Comfortable with monitoring and error tracking (e.g. Sentry); — Regular practice writing tests as part of the development process; — Real-world use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) in development work — not just casual use.
Would be a plus: — Experience with conversion-focused web funnels and A/B testing — understands how frontend changes affect conversion metrics; — Experience with animations and rich UI to build engaging onboarding/funnel flows; — Strong focus on frontend performance optimization.
What you’ll do:
— Support and develop our mobile applications (Flutter) — new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, and releases across iOS and Android; — Build and optimize web funnels (Next.js) — onboarding, checkout, and conversion-focused flows; — Maintain in-app purchase and subscription flows in the mobile apps; — Integrate and maintain payment flows on web and mobile; — Integrate analytics and attribution tracking (Amplitude, AppsFlyer) to support product and marketing decisions; — Improve frontend/mobile performance and reliability — load times, rendering, and error tracking via Sentry; — Use AI coding tools as part of daily development — speeding up implementation, reviewing code, and exploring solutions, while critically validating AI-generated output; — Write and maintain tests to keep critical flows — especially checkout and purchase — reliable through changes; — Participate in code review, technical planning, and UI/architecture decisions; — Collaborate closely with backend, QA, design, and product to ship features end-to-end.
