Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, coordinating Finance and business teams to ensure accurate, complete, and timely reporting.
Review journal entries, accruals, balance-sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules to maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial statements.
Maintain the statutory-to-US-GAAP reporting bridge and prepare US GAAP reporting packages and supporting schedules for global consolidation.
Analyze financial results, balance-sheet movements, and significant variances, investigating discrepancies and providing clear explanations to Finance leadership.
Provide technical accounting guidance on complex matters, including inventory and manufacturing costs, fixed assets, leases, foreign currency, intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, and provisions.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in accounting, financial controllership, audit, or financial reporting, including substantial experience in a senior individual-contributor role.
Proven experience independently managing month-end close and financial reporting in a complex organization.
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, including practical experience converting local statutory accounting results into US GAAP reporting.
Strong understanding of Ukrainian Accounting Standards and statutory reporting requirements.
