Що робити
- Work directly with the founder to choose a business idea and turn it into a launch plan with clear milestones and expected results
- Research the market, niche, audience, and monetization model before scaling the idea
- Build and launch MVPs yourself: set up channels, content, tools, and workflows
- Launch and test marketing channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Track results, analyze what works, and decide together with leadership whether to scale, pivot, or stop
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of experience across several companies in marketing, growth, product, or business development
- Proven track record of building something from scratch: a startup, product, business line, or new direction, with measurable results
- Strong hands-on marketing experience in growth, performance, affiliate, content, or social media
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a real desire to build and run your own business
- Comfortable working solo at the start and making decisions in ambiguous situations
