Що робити
- Bring people together through events of various scales — from large corporate events to small internal formats: meetups, community meetings, cultural or social activities
- Contribute to the formation and implementation of an overall event strategy that will correspond to the values and business goals of the company
- Develop culturally-oriented initiatives in online and offline formats to engage distributed teams and strengthen internal communication
- Manage budgets — plan, track costs and find opportunities for optimization without sacrificing quality
- Build long-term partnerships with vendors, contractors and external partners
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in organizing events of various formats and scales
- Deep expertise in budget management, cost optimization and negotiations with contractors
- Strong organizational and project skills with attention to detail
- Experience in logistics — from organizing group transfers to international trips
- Ability to plan several steps ahead, anticipate risks and act effectively in crisis situations
