- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Web3/Blockchain: Strong, proven experience with Ethereum and Web3 technologies.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, including Transactions, Mempool mechanics, MEV, and the Validator/Builder pipeline.
- DeFi Expertise: Hands-on experience working with DeFi protocols.
- Backend Mastery: Exceptional backend engineering skills with a focus on performance, concurrency, and security.
