We are looking for a Senior Environment Concept Artist to join our team. You will have a rare opportunity to help define and shape the visual style of a new AAA IP from the creators of the Metro series.
In this role, you will contribute to the artistic vision of the project by creating high-quality concepts and guiding the visual development of environments. You will collaborate closely with the Art Director, Creative Lead, and Game Designers to ensure the world feels cohesive, believable, and visually striking.
Create detailed and production-ready concepts for environments and landscapes.
Develop key visuals and spectacular artwork for marketing materials and promotional assets.
Generate strong visual ideas independently and contribute to the broader artistic direction of the project.

5+ years of professional experience creating illustrations and environment concepts for games.
Exceptional understanding of mood, lighting, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling, with a strong eye for form, shape, structure, proportion, and silhouette.
Advanced knowledge of Photoshop or similar digital painting software.
Ability to translate creative direction and design requirements into cohesive and visually compelling images.
Strong experience working in realistic or semi-realistic styles, with the ability to accurately depict real-world materials and believable environmental design.
