Що робити
- Own the strategy, publishing, and optimization of multiple newsletters.
- Improve key performance metrics, including open rate, CTR, subscriber retention, and revenue.
- Optimize subject lines, content, layouts, CTAs, and publishing schedules.
- Develop subscriber lifecycle, segmentation, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Own email deliverability, including sender reputation, domain health, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP management, and inbox placement.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing or newsletter management(managing email campaigns from 100 K each).
- Experience managing high-volume email programs or multiple newsletters.
- Strong understanding of email KPIs, segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email deliverability, sender reputation, authentication, and inbox placement.
- Experience optimizing newsletter engagement and monetization.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with Beehiiv, Substack, Ghost, or similar email platforms.
- Experience with sponsorship, affiliate, or advertising monetization.
- Background in digital publishing or content-led growth.
- Familiarity with email validation tools such as NeverBounce or ZeroBounce.
