Develop and execute comprehensive cold email outreach strategies focused on user acquisition and lead generation.
Manage the end-to-end technical setup for cold sending: domain purchasing, IP/domain warm-up, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI), and sender reputation management.
Source, segment, and meticulously clean/verify prospect lists to ensure low bounce rates and avoid spam traps (using tools like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, etc.).
Craft highly converting, personalized cold email sequences (copy, subject lines, calls-to-action) designed to grab attention and drive clicks.
Set up and manage complex sending infrastructures using multiple domains and mailboxes to scale outreach safely.

3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, with a strong focus on Cold Email Outreach / Outbound Lead Generation, ideally within iGaming, affiliate marketing, or highly competitive digital niches.
Deep understanding of email technical infrastructure, deliverability factors, spam filter algorithms, and blacklist resolution.
Proven track record of managing high-volume cold email campaigns while maintaining a 95%+ inbox placement rate.
Hands-on expertise with cold outreach automation platforms (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Apollo, Mailshake) and bulk SMTP services.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret deliverability data and adjust strategies to protect sender reputation.
