We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join one of Toogeza’s clients.
Phoenix365 is a B2B, all-in-one white-label casino & sportsbook platform that lets operators go live in one week — casino, sportsbook, AI-driven CRM, native app, risk & antifraud, gamification, and BI in a single ecosystem, not just a website. We already power live operators and have real business results. Now we’re building systematic media presence across the iGaming landscape to reach operators, C-levels and affiliates.
We’re looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to become the first in-house owner of Phoenix365’s marketing function. You’ll turn an already validated product, strong industry network and existing PR activity into a systematic B2B marketing engine — connecting content, PR, website, events and lead generation with CRM and sales.
In this role, you will:
Own and execute Phoenix365’s B2B marketing activities across PR, content, website, events and lead-generation channels, turning the marketing strategy into a consistent execution plan. This is a hands-on role, you’ll be expected not only to coordinate work, but also to execute key marketing tasks yourself when needed.
Manage the existing PR agency and external contractors: set priorities, prepare briefs, provide product context, review deliverables, coordinate timelines and evaluate results. At the same time, be ready to step in and write, edit or launch content directly rather than relying entirely on external resources.
Build a systematic B2B content engine across LinkedIn, blog, industry media and other relevant channels. Personally write and publish LinkedIn posts, draft and edit website and blog content, create campaign copy, and turn internal expertise into strong B2B content when hands-on execution is the fastest or best way to move forward.
Create and adapt content for different formats and stages of the funnel, from LinkedIn posts and website copy to case studies, one-pagers, lead magnets, product explainers, executive content and sales materials.
Work closely with Product and Development teams to understand product features and translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions, messaging and market-facing content. When a new feature or product update needs to be communicated, proactively turn it into website copy, a LinkedIn post, sales material or another relevant content format.
Improve the B2B lead-generation funnel across website, PR, content, Telegram, conferences and other acquisition channels, identifying opportunities to generate and capture qualified demand.
Help build and maintain the marketing-to-sales pipeline: ensure leads are captured in CRM, sources and touchpoints are tracked, lead handoff is clear, and prospects who are not sales-ready can be nurtured and re-engaged.
Partner closely with the Sales team to understand lead quality, identify common customer questions and objections, create sales-enablement materials and continuously improve the marketing-to-sales journey.
Own marketing-side improvements of the website and conversion journey: identify gaps in messaging, landing pages, CTAs and lead capture, prepare briefs for design/development and follow implementation through to completion.
Apply a working understanding of SEO, search demand and AI-driven discovery to help Phoenix365 become more discoverable through Google, ChatGPT and other relevant search channels.
Plan Phoenix365’s presence at key iGaming conferences and industry events: maintain the events calendar, coordinate pre- and post-event marketing, identify speaking and PR opportunities, and work with external event partners where needed.
