Що робити
- Manage the full email campaign cycle: planning, launch, analysis, reporting, and optimization.
- Handle multiple projects/domains and execute daily email campaigns.
- Create, edit, and launch promotional emails using HTML templates or drag-and-drop builders.
- Work with audience segmentation, automation flows, and sending calendars.
- Monitor key metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CVR, ROI) and run A/B tests to improve performance.
Що очікуємо
- Strong experience in email marketing
- Deep understanding of email performance metrics: open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue per send
- Hands-on experience managing multiple email campaigns at scale
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows
- Strong editorial and layout instincts (formatting, hierarchy, readability)
