Що робити
- Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps/Platform team: set technical priorities, support hiring, provide feedback, and foster a culture of ownership and engineering excellence.
- Own and evolve the Kubernetes platform: cluster architecture, deployment standards, autoscaling, reliability, security practices, and developer experience.
- Improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows to make deployments safer, more repeatable, and easier for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to align infrastructure improvements with business and product needs.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle, platform operations, and production support processes.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering, including 2+ years in a lead or senior ownership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS, including cluster operations, networking, autoscaling, workload reliability, and security best practices.
- Solid AWS experience: VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, Route 53, Lambda, Load Balancers, CloudFront/S3 etc.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools, especially Terraform/Terragrunt.
- Experience with GitOps-based delivery using Argo CD or Flux, and Helm/Kustomize for Kubernetes application management.
