Що робити
- Run and evolve cloud infrastructure (GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform / IaC)
- Lead third-party tool access management across the company (SSO, provisioning, audit trails)
- Drive day-to-day security posture and prepare for ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certification
- Shape reliability, on-call practices and developer experience for 15 engineers
- Partner with EMs and product on tooling and platform decisions
Що пропонуємо
- Fintech or regulated industry experience
- Previous ownership of an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audit
- Python or Go scripting
- Team & setup Engineering is 15 engineers, 3 EMs and 4 PMs. Engineering hub is Poland with some hybrid from our Warsaw office. Fully remote works too, since we're a fully remote company.
