ZentixSoft is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS & Infrastructure as Code) 🛡️

Project Details: 📍 Geographic Model: Hybrid (Full-time allocation. Candidates based in the EU / Pan-Baltic region are strongly preferred, as occasional local business trips across the Baltics may be required). ⏳ Contract Duration: Till Dec 31, 2026 + long-term extension. 🚀 Start: ASAP.
The Role: You will own the infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and overall reliability of high-load, customer-facing communication environments. Your primary focus will be bridging the gap between development and platform security, driving root-cause analysis for production incidents, and enforcing top-tier DevOps standards across a regulated enterprise environment.
Our Expectations: 🔹 Seniority Blueprint: 7+ years of proven commercial experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles. 🔹 Cloud & IaC Mastery: Heavy, deep-dive expertise in AWS ecosystems paired with Terraform and Terragrunt for Infrastructure as Code. 🔹 Delivery Automation: Solid experience building, maintaining, and scaling enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines. 🔹 Production SRE: Exceptional troubleshooting instincts, live environment debugging, and incident management skills. 🔹 Independence & Compliance: Proven ability to operate autonomously and make technical decisions within highly regulated architectures. 🔹 Communication: Fluent English with the soft skills and stakeholder management capabilities required to align with global cross-functional teams. 🔹 Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, observability tools, Amazon Connect, or Contact Center/CRM platforms (like Salesforce).
