UKAD is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a long-term project for one of our international clients — a fast-growing e-commerce company operating across multiple European markets.
The client’s business is heavily data-driven: analytics is deeply embedded into commercial, operational, and strategic decision-making. The company captures and processes large volumes of data across the entire customer journey — from acquisition and pricing to logistics and delivery — creating an environment where data has a direct and visible business impact.
This is an opportunity to join a mature and advanced data environment, work with large-scale datasets, and take ownership of analytics and data modelling initiatives that influence business decisions on a daily basis.
The Role
You will work on a well-established data platform and help evolve the company’s analytics capabilities further.
The role combines hands-on analytics, data modelling, warehouse architecture, and close collaboration with business stakeholders. You’ll work with large datasets, build reliable analytical foundations, and turn complex data into actionable insights.
SQL will be your primary tool, while Python (or similar technologies) will be used for automation and advanced data processing. Data ingestion pipelines are already handled internally — your focus will be everything from the warehouse layer upwards.
You’ll collaborate with commercial and operational teams, work alongside Data Scientists on ML-related initiatives, and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

What We Expect of You
6+ years of experience working with data in complex, data-intensive environments
Deep expertise in SQL and data warehouse architecture
Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality, and governance practices
Experience with Python, R, or similar technologies for data processing and automation
Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently
Ability to bridge business needs with technical data solutions
Curiosity and a proactive mindset — you investigate data deeply and identify insights beyond direct requests
Ability to work autonomously without micromanagement
Strong ownership mentality and focus on business impact
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or other commercial environments
Experience working alongside ML specialists or Data Scientists
Experience with large-scale customer and operational datasets
