Cross-Departmental Analytics: Own and analyze the full funnel of business metrics, seamlessly switching between Acquisition (CAC, CPA, ROAS), Marketing Retention (Churn, LTV, Bonus Cost, Re-engagement ROI), and Finance Support (GGR, NGR, Net Billing, Player Payouts).
Data Integration & ETL Management: Work closely with Airflow and modern ETL/ELT workflows to extract, transform, and orchestrate data from numerous third-party sources, affiliate platforms, and our core gaming platform.
Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary data ally for the Acquisition, Retention, and Finance teams-auditing campaign performance, evaluating traffic quality, and ensuring internal data perfectly matches financial realities.
Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain clean, automated dashboards that give leadership and department heads real-time clarity on their specific KPIs.
Data Quality Governance: Ensure seamless data mapping between external tracking systems and our internal data warehouse, proactively spotting and resolving data discrepancies.

iGaming Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data, BI, or Marketing Analyst within the iGaming industry (essential). You must deeply understand the lifecycle of a player from the first click to long-term retention.
Metric Polymath: Flawless understanding of metrics across all business domains, with expert-level knowledge of acquisition KPIs, retention analytics, and basic financial modeling.
Data Engineering Savvy: Solid practical experience with Apache Airflow and managing ETL/ELT pipelines to handle high-volume third-party API integrations and platform data.
Technical Powerhouse: Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, window functions, performance optimization) and experience with modern BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Studio).
Communication: Exceptional ability to collaborate with different teams, understand their specific data needs, and explain technical data concepts in simple business terms.
