Necessary skills and qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail
Experience delivering D365 solutions for mid-market or enterprise retail chains, including interacting with key stakeholders
Deep knowledge of global retail models (DOM, cross-border e-commerce, global inventory visibility)
Proven track record of independently leading discovery workshops, process mapping ("As-Is"/"To-Be"), and writing FDDs
Experience configuring core D365 E-Commerce business features (product catalogs, loyalty integration, ratings, and digital assets)
Understanding of how D365 Commerce exchanges data with external systems (Payment Gateways, PIM, CRM, Logistics)
Ability to accurately estimate tasks, work with minimal supervision, and deliver on time
Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
Will be a plus:
Microsoft Certified: MB-340 (Commerce) or MB-330 (Supply Chain)
Basic understanding of X++, CSU, or Power Platform to bridge business and tech teams
Familiarity with Azure B2C and global retail standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS)
Experience with enterprise Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps
