- Leading and coordinating cross-functional tasks across multiple departments within the holding structure.
- Managing product-related operational processes and ensuring alignment between business, product, and technical teams.
- Driving execution of strategic initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Payments, CRM, Support, VIP, Analytics, Marketing, Affiliate, Compliance, and Operations departments.
- Acting as a central coordination point between stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution flow.
- Participating in product planning, feature prioritization, process optimization, and operational improvements.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Operations, Product Management, or Cross-Functional Operations roles.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and operational project management.
- Experience working in highly cross-functional environments involving multiple business units and stakeholders.
- Experience in iGaming, Betting, Fintech, Payments, or other high-load digital industries will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, product logic, customer lifecycle, and business metrics.
