Design and implement a standard costing system, including defining and maintaining production costs for materials, labor, and overhead to support accurate product costing and margin analysis
Lead the configuration and implementation of costing modules within the ERP system (Odoo), ensuring procurement, manufacturing, and inventory workflows integrate accurately with the general ledger
Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to support accounting for multi-currency transactions, international logistics, import/export duties, and cross-border vendor activity
Perform actual-to-standard cost variance analysis and provide reporting to support operational and financial decision-making
Maintain accurate accounting records for raw materials, electronic components, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in cost accounting, including experience developing or implementing cost accounting structures within a manufacturing environment
Experience implementing or configuring ERP costing modules, such as Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
Strong knowledge of production costing and inventory accounting principles
Experience supporting multi-currency transactions, international logistics accounting, and cross-border vendor accounting
