Що робити
- Draft contracts, agreements, supplementary agreements, appendices, specifications, protocols of disagreements, and other contractual documents.
- Conduct legal reviews of draft contracts received from counterparties and the Company’s structural divisions.
- Verify that contractual terms comply with applicable legislation, internal documents, and the Company’s interests.
- Identify potential legal and contractual risks and provide recommendations on their mitigation.
- Participate in contract negotiations with counterparties and support the business
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on contractual work.
- Master’s degree in Law.
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
- Solid understanding of contract law and legal risk assessment.
- Experience working with international counterparties and cross-border agreements.
