- Higher technical education.
- 4–5+ years of commercial experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and requirements lifecycle.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and understanding of Waterfall principles.
- Solid experience creating technical documentation, including BRD, SRS, API Specifications, and other project artifacts.
