Що робити
- Write user stories, scripts (User Stories, Use Cases)
- Write documentation, presentations (if necessary). Prepare user documentation according to customer requirements
- Elaborate low-formalized user requirements, capable of decomposing, evaluating, and ranking them (generating MVPs, Impact mapping)
- Create solution prototypes and test hypotheses as needed; consult and help the UX team to make the interface of applications and web solutions not only the most usable, but also consistent with stakeholder requirements
- Participate in integration, interaction, and API design
Що очікуємо
- Experience in a similar position of at least 4 years
- English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate level
- Able to dive into a subject field quickly
- Converting ideas into requirements, explaining them in an accessible way to the team, and knowledge base enrichment
- Experience demonstrating/presenting implemented solutions to customers
