You will drive feature execution from initial technical design through testing, deployment, and real-time monitoring. Operating in a decoupled microservices architecture that deploys to production dozens of times a day, your primary focus will be designing and scaling core platform capabilities for massive concurrent traffic.

Operating at enterprise scale, the platform serves over 1 million active users across thousands of companies. It is designed to handle complex data workflows, real-time engagement analytics, and collaborative global HR operations through an intuitive, data-driven system architecture.
Technology Stack: The backend ecosystem is built on a microservices architecture designed for high scalability and throughput. The data tier relies on relational databases, utilizing PostgreSQL and MySQL for stable data storage and management. The engineering culture enforces strict testing methodologies, including unit testing, mocking, and TDD setups, to support a true continuous delivery environment where automated QA pipelines deploy to production dozens of times daily.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the entire backend development cycle from initial technical design and scalable architecture through to deployment and monitoring
Design and implement resilient backend features that directly support high-load data workflows and global platform scaling
Drive the evolution of a highly decoupled microservices architecture to ensure optimal performance and fault tolerance
Maintain and expand automated testing suites using TDD, unit tests, and mocking frameworks to guarantee seamless, zero-downtime production deployments
Collaborate directly with the Product team to translate complex user engagement scenarios into robust, production-ready system capabilities
Optimize database queries and schema designs to ensure efficient data processing for over a million users globally
What We Expect
Must-have
5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a dedicated focus on production-level backend development
Excellent command of software design patterns and highly scalable system architecture
Strong practical experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MySQL
Hands-on experience implementing core testing methodologies, including unit testing, mocking, and TDD
Nice-to-have
Production experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Java
Direct experience working with AWS or an equivalent cloud platform
