- Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of large-scale, cloud-native backend services. Act as a technical authority, guiding the team through complex architectural decisions and trade-offs.
- Architectural Evolution: Drive the modernization of our stack, maintaining a strong foundation in Java/Spring Boot while spearheading new initiatives in Go (Golang).
- Cross-Functional Impact: Lead cross-team and cross-feature initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, DevOps, and Frontend teams to deliver robust enterprise features.
- Mentorship: Mentor mid-level & juniors engineers, fostering a culture of code quality, testing excellence, and creative problem-solving.
- Hands-on Development: Remain hands-on in the code (70/30 split), writing high-performance, maintainable production code.
Що очікуємо
- Experience:
- 10+ years of total backend software development experience.
- 4+ years of experience specifically as a Senior Engineer, leading technical projects in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Core Stack:
- Deep expertise in Java (and/or Kotlin) with a mastery of Spring Boot.
