Що робити

Audit and validate the current Playwright automation project; identify root causes of instability/underperformance
Build and drive a concrete remediation plan to stabilize and improve the existing automated test suite
Design and build out a proper automation framework with reliable, well-structured tests (not just “make it pass”)
Lead and help grow a largely manual QA Team — organize QA Engineers, raise the bar on automation practices, and manage the transition/onboarding of QA Engineers over time
Determine where automated tests should plug into the CI/CD pipeline and what should be prioritized for coverage and reporting, working with the team that owns pipeline infrastructure

Що очікуємо

Proficiency in Playwright with C#/.NET (used as a primary stack)
Ability to work on UI testing for a Blazor Server web application (primary testing target) — mobile or API testing is not the main focus
Ability to work on CI/CD pipeline integration — the candidate doesn’t need to own pipeline work directly (there’s existing support for that), but should understand what can/should be automated and integrated into the pipeline, and collaborate with the people who own it
Familiarity with Azure (the project is hosted on Azure)
Ability to leverage AI agents for test automation (test creation, test validation)
