- 1. Infrastructure Audit & Architecture
- Conduct technical and functional audits of existing Jira Software and Confluence configurations.
- Identify configuration gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve system reliability and usability.
- Design and maintain standardized Jira project templates and configurations for technical and business teams.
- Collaborate with business process owners to design Jira solutions that support cross-functional operational workflows.
Що очікуємо
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products, including Jira Software and Confluence, in complex, multi-department environments.
- Jira Administration: Advanced knowledge of workflows, workflow schemes, custom fields, screens, permissions, issue security, and access management.
- Automation & Integrations: Advanced knowledge of native Jira Automation, Jira REST API, webhooks, JSON payloads, and integration troubleshooting.
- CRM Administration: Hands-on experience administering Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms, including pipeline configuration, custom fields, user permissions, workflow automation, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- JQL & Configuration: Strong JQL skills and practical experience configuring Jira boards, filters, and project-specific views.
