- Build and own management reporting — independently, from week one
- Configure and maintain dashboards for real-time operational monitoring with alerting
- Audit existing dashboards and correct inaccurate metrics — including restoring broken monitors
- Independently define KPIs: proposes the structure, does not only execute tasks
- Formulate data requirements and pass requests to the tech team
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years in analytics at a Trading Desk, CEX, prop trading or market-making firm — not bank BI analytics
- Deep hands-on knowledge of trading mechanics: P&L attribution, spread, slippage, funding rates, quoting uptime, inventory exposure — candidate knows these metrics from practice, not from textbooks
- Python — mandatory: pandas, numpy, report automation, exchange
- API data processing
- SQL — advanced: window functions, CTEs, time-series aggregations
