Integrations & Support: Support client implementations on the enterprise integration platform, assist with testing, validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of client data flows.
Data & Log Analysis: Review log files, error outputs, and data payloads to identify issues and discrepancies using structured formats (CSV, XML, JSON, EDI, flat files).
Database & Querying: Use SQL and Excel to query, compare, validate, and document data.
System Workflows: Assist with integration workflows involving APIs, SFTP, and learn common electronic data interchange (EDI) document types and business flows (POs, Invoices, Shipments, etc.).
AI & Automation: Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate research, improve documentation, and support technical problem-solving.

Logic & Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail when working with complex technical data.
Structured Data & Protocols: Basic understanding of CSV, XML, JSON, EDI, flat files, APIs, and SFTP connection protocols.
SQL & Excel: Basic SQL knowledge (SELECT, WHERE, ORDER BY, COUNT, GROUP BY, simple JOINs) and strong Excel skills for data tracking, comparison, and reporting.
Tech Literacy: Ability to read logs, error messages, technical documentation, and basic scripting/programming experience.
AI Tooling: Comfortably using AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) as daily productivity and troubleshooting partners.
