Що робити
- Analyze Bluepes internal workflows, tools, and business processes to identify opportunities for AI automation and AI-assisted products.
- Design and build AI-powered workflows for CMS, CRM, internal operations, content workflows, reporting, client support, knowledge management, and other internal systems.
- Build and improve LLM-based applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.
- Design agent orchestration logic, including agent roles, routing, memory/context management, tool access, escalation rules, and human approval points.
- Work with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, vector databases, embedding pipelines, tool calling, and similar AI engineering tools.
Що очікуємо
- 6+ years of commercial software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI engineering, LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG systems, or AI-assisted automation.
- Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI engineering tools.
- Experience designing or implementing agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, tool calling, or LLM orchestration.
- Experience with RAG architecture, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, retrieval pipelines, and context management.
