Що робити
- Define and evolve QA strategy across the product lifecycle
- Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scenarios
- Lead functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing
- Own the defect lifecycle and quality of bug reporting
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design on requirements and acceptance criteria
Що очікуємо
- 6+ years of QA experience with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software
- Strong manual, exploratory, and risk-based testing skills
- Experience developing and implementing QA strategy at a team or product level
- Practical experience applying AI to QA, with examples you can walk us through: the problem, your approach, how you validated the results, and what changed as a result
- Understanding of AI limitations such as hallucinations, inconsistency, and unreliable outputs, with practical approaches to validating AI-generated results
