Developer Requirements
5+ years of commercial Full-Stack development experience
Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js (or similar modern stack)
Experience building scalable web applications and APIs
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and modern databases
Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD
Ability to work independently and integrate into an existing engineering team
Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Developers should use AI as a core part of their daily workflow - for coding, debugging, architecture, research, testing, documentation, and accelerating delivery while maintaining high quality. This is a must-have, not a nice-to-have.
