- 5+ years of professional experience as an ML Engineer, AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Software Engineer, or similar role, with a strong track record of shipping production software
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience writing clean, maintainable, production-quality code
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with large-scale structured data
- Proven experience building and serving LLM-based, GenAI, or agentic systems in production for real users, beyond prototypes or PoCs
- Hands-on experience designing and building RAG pipelines, including chunking strategies, retrieval design, and evaluation
