Що робити
- Own the end-to-end technical health, stability, and scalability of operational systems and internal tools
- Manage and continuously optimize the Zendesk ticketing ecosystem, including workflows, integrations, and automation
- Lead the design and development of automated and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
- Own the resolution of complex technical issues, from investigation through root cause and permanent fix
- Plan and execute work within a two-week sprint cycle, balancing operational reliability with continuous improvement and innovation

- AI & Prompt Engineering: Experience leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development, automate complex tasks, and enhance solution quality. Must demonstrate an ability to craft sophisticated prompts and integrate AI outputs into functional workflows. — Must
