Що робити
- Independently source and acquire new webmasters, affiliate teams, and partners across target GEOs, with a focus on Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3.
- Actively conduct outbound partner sourcing through Telegram, industry communities, affiliate networks, conferences, and other relevant channels, with a particular focus on SEO teams and SEO traffic.
- Identify and onboard new review websites, content platforms, and other traffic sources with high-quality targeted traffic.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle: from initial outreach and negotiations to launch, performance analysis, optimization, and scaling.
- Build and expand your own partner network, retain existing partners, and develop long-term relationships with key webmasters and affiliate teams.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
- Hands-on experience working with Tier 1–3 GEOs.
- An active personal network of webmasters and/or affiliate teams across target GEOs.
- English proficiency at B2+ level, with confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience independently sourcing, acquiring, activating, and developing new partners.
