Що робити
- Lead the accounting function and manage the Billing & AR Specialist; maintain a documented close calendar and SOPs
- Own the general ledger, chart of accounts, classes, and products in QuickBooks Online
- Run a disciplined month-end close: accruals, deferrals, bank, credit-card, and balance-sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements, plus segment reporting by business unit and vertical
- Keep the media/lead-generation business, insurance agency, and subscription business clearly separated in the books
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience keeping books for US companies under US GAAP, including US-style month-end close
- Fluent professional English, written and spoken
- Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (4:00–8:00 p.m. in most of Eastern Europe), with extra availability during billing cycles and close
