We’re looking for an SDR / Appointment Setter (Outbound) to help us build a predictable outbound sales pipeline from scratch. 🎯 Your Impact Areas
Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Research and identify companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for the Sales Manager
Develop personalized outreach that builds trust with HR and People leaders
Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the pipeline organized
Test and improve outreach messaging and cadences based on performance
Start by covering the Ukrainian market and gradually expand to Poland and Romania
🧠 Your Superpower Stack
2-3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or Appointment Setting
Proven experience running cold outreach campaigns independently
Strong understanding of the full outbound sales cycle: prospecting → outreach → qualification → booked meetings
Experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or Ukrainian
Highly proactive, structured, and ownership-driven mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal supervision
Nice to have:
Experience selling HR Tech, Mental Health, Wellness, or Corporate Services solutions
Polish or Romanian language skills

Introductory call (45 minutes). A get-to-know-each-other conversation to align on expectations, experience, and culture fit.
Test assignment. A practical task to evaluate your prospecting and outreach approach.
Deep-dive interview (1 hour). A discussion with the hiring managers about your experience, test assignment, and sales approach.
Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we’ll ask for references from your previous employers.
Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll move forward with an offer.
