Що робити
- Facilitate all Scrum/Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, reviews, and backlog refinement
- Remove impediments and resolve cross-team blockers across 2–3 product teams
- Track and report on team health metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity) to leadership
- Act as a communication bridge between engineering teams and the CIO/stakeholders
- Manage competing priorities between teams
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience (not just the title — real practice)
- Confident practitioner of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Advanced Jira skills: sprint planning, backlog management, metrics and dashboards
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Understanding of SDLC and technical development processes (no coding required)
