Scientific/ML Lead (US Survey SaaS/Behavioral Analytics)

Що робити

• Act as the scientific and ML lead next to the founder, turning a stream of ideas (sometimes conflicting ones) into testable hypotheses and priorities
• Design lean experiments: take a research paper (e.g. how thinking time correlates with answer quality) and find a cheap, fast way to test it on our data
• Set tasks for our ML Engineer and review the work, or build it yourself
• Own model quality: evaluation methodology, calibration, segment-level analysis, precision/recall tradeoffs
• Keep work reproducible and audit-ready (experiment tracking, clean notebooks, documented results)
