- Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow) to support sales, BDM, and account management workflows
- Own and evolve the CRM data model as the org restructures (new territories, business lines, revenue streams)
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard infrastructure used by department leadership for pipeline, KPI, and performance visibility
- Implement data quality, validation, and automation rules to raise CRM discipline across the sales team
- Support migration/cleanup work as CRM standards are tightened org-wide
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce/LWC, SOQL/SOSL)
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization
- Experience building and maintaining third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits
- Experience with Salesforce Flow / Process Automation
