- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in an enterprise environment
- A track record of owning a production Salesforce org: incident handling, release management, access governance, and keeping technical debt under control.
- Hands-on Service Cloud administration in production: user and permission management (profiles, permission sets, permission set groups); queue, Omni-Channel, and skills configuration; flow and validation rule changes; report and dashboard support; sandbox refreshes and change-set or DX-based releases; and routine health checks (limits, storage, license usage).
- Good understanding of Salesforce licensing
- Independent, with strong communication across business and engineering.
