We’re looking for a Sales Manager who enjoys finding opportunities, talking to decision-makers, and turning hiring needs into real deals
What you’ll do
Monitor job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to spot companies hiring devs
Reach out with tailored proposals (outstaff / outsource)
Communicate directly with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers
Match client needs with our developers or teams
Track trends and discover new business opportunities
You’ll be a good fit if you have
Ability to work from the office in Lviv
Understanding of how IT services work
Ability to write clear, convincing messages in English
Confident communication (B2+ English)
Proactive mindset and ownership
Will be a plus:
Experience in IT sales (outsource/outstaff or similar)
Experience working with job platforms
Entrepreneurial mindset
