• Execute outbound campaigns based on Marketing-defined strategy and requirements, owning campaign setup, execution, pipeline progression, conversion, and closing.
• Use AI and automation for prospect research, communication, qualification, replies, follow-ups, and repetitive sales activities. Review outputs critically and step in personally when human judgment, direct communication, or negotiation is needed.
• Orchestrate and improve AI agents by adjusting prompts, instructions, context, examples, and workflow logic. Identify opportunities for new agents or automations and create them independently when possible or work with the Automation team on more complex implementations.
• Conduct discovery and sales calls, understand client needs, present relevant staffing and recruitment services, handle objections and commercial discussions, and move opportunities toward closing.
• Manage client relationships after closing, coordinate handover to delivery, maintain regular communication, identify risks and changing needs, and look for repeat business and account expansion opportunities.
