Що робити
- Research target companies, ICPs, decision-makers, and relevant business triggers.
- Build and run outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and other B2B channels.
- Create and test messaging, sequences, and personalized outreach.
- Qualify leads and manage opportunities in CRM.
- Conduct or gradually take ownership of discovery calls.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, SDR/BDR, or Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, or other outbound channels.
- Understanding of ICP research, lead qualification, personalization, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Strong written and spoken English for outreach and client communication.
