What You’ll Do
Own the entire sales cycle across EMEA and APAC—from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and deal closure.
Lead discovery sessions with retailers and CPG companies to uncover business challenges and position Leafio as a strategic partner.
Deliver compelling value-driven presentations and partner with Solution Consultants to showcase our platform through tailored product demonstrations.
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-level leaders, Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and IT teams.
Develop persuasive commercial proposals, business cases, and ROI-focused value propositions.
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
Drive business development through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and partner collaboration.
Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to help shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within Retail Tech, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Enterprise Software.
A proven track record of winning complex enterprise deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling to retailers, distributors, or CPG companies is a strong advantage.
A consultative sales approach with exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Near-native English with outstanding presentation and communication skills. You know how to engage senior stakeholders, tell a compelling story, and confidently lead conversations from first meeting to signed contract. Additional languages are a plus.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and takes ownership from day one.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer challenges into measurable business value.
