• Join customer meetings alongside sales team.
• Carry out technical discovery to understand the customer’s platform, architecture, operating environment, performance needs, and constraints.
• Recommend appropriate products, configurations, interfaces, and integration methods.
• Determine where standard products fit the customer’s needs and where custom development or engineering evaluation is needed.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and product-fit issues early in the sales process.
