Що робити
- Reply promptly to client requests — samples, quotation calculations, general information
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align on deliveries and lead times
- Get involved in the project specification process
- Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, requests, and CRM questions
- Keep the CRM (Zoho) up to date and track opportunities from first contact through to close
Що очікуємо
- Fluent in English (C1); additional languages are a plus
- No previous work experience required — this is a genuine entry-level role
- A background in sales, design or a related field is a plus, not a requirement
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication skills, and comfortable engaging with many different people throughout the day — including regular phone calls
