We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and contribute to building successful outreach strategies for international clients.
What we’re looking for:
6+ months of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or similar outbound-focused roles
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Strong attention to detail, persistence, and ability to multitask
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Creativity, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset
Previous experience working in B2B lead generation companies will be considered a strong plus.
What you’ll be doing:
Research clients’ businesses and understand their value propositions
Manage outbound and inbound communication channels
Launch and manage outreach campaigns via Email and LinkedIn
Process responses, handle objections, manage follow-ups, and schedule meetings
Work with CRM systems and sales automation tools (Instantly, Reply, WeConnect, etc.)
Personalize outreach campaigns and maintain high-quality communication with prospects
Manage several client projects simultaneously
