Що робити

  • Outbound prospecting — research and build targeted prospect lists (carriers, shippers, 3PLs, freight brokers), execute multi-channel outreach: cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, run 80-120+ touchpoints per day
  • Inbound lead response — respond to all inbound leads (demo requests, content downloads, event signups) within 5 minutes, ensure no lead goes cold
  • Lead qualification — qualify leads using Discovery framework (BANT/MEDDIC), conduct initial discovery calls to understand pain points, workflows, and buying process
  • Pipeline development — maintain CRM hygiene in Odoo CRM: every activity logged, every deal staged, build and maintain 30+ qualified opportunities per month
  • SQL handoff — route qualified leads to AEs or Head of Sales with clear context: pain points, timeline, budget, decision-makers
