Що робити
- Own outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email — targeting decision-makers (CTO, VP Engineering, Founder, Head of Product) at European companies
- Build and execute personalized multi-channel outreach sequences using Sales Navigator, Apollo.io (Lusha), and email automation tools
- Qualify inbound (emails, calls in Ukrainian and English) and outbound leads based on defined ICP criteria; convert into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive / Sales team
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data in CRM — deal stages, activity logs, next steps
Що очікуємо
- Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SDR, BDR, or Lead Generation Specialist in the IT industry
- Proven track record: demonstrated pipeline creation, or meeting-booking performance — not just activity metrics
- Experience working with EU, DACH, CEE, or UK markets
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rate), and pipeline velocity
