- Develop and implement risk policies for products and processes;
- Monitor and analyze key risk types, including market, liquidity, and operational risks;
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate resilience to market shocks;
- Define and implement Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and early warning systems;
- Prepare regular risk reports for senior management;
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in risk management, including 2+ years in crypto or digital assets;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field;
- Strong understanding of market, technology, and operational risks within digital platforms;
- Experience in designing and implementing risk frameworks, including stress testing and scenario analysis;
- Proficiency in working with data (SQL), BI tools (Tableau/Grafana), and automating KRIs/reporting;
