- Segment the customer base and develop retention and remarketing strategies for VIP players.
- Plan and manage CRM calendars and promotional activities.
- Develop personalized bonus and retention mechanics for the VIP segment.
- Plan and launch email campaigns and other CRM communications.
- Prepare technical briefs for designers and copywriters.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in Retention / CRM, preferably within iGaming or betting.
- Proven hands-on experience working with VIP players in Tier-1 GEOs.
- Strong understanding of VIP player behaviour and retention strategies.
- Experience developing and implementing retention and remarketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of key iGaming metrics: GGR, NGR, Retention, Churn, and LTV.
